Leonardo Bernardes de Castro Filho is one of Brazil’s most promising young talents in both mountain biking and road cycling. A Pan-American MTB XCO Champion in the U17 category (2023) and U19 category (2026), Pan-American U17 Vice-Champion (2024), and multiple-time Brazilian MTB XCO Champion, Leonardo has established himself with outstanding international results, a Top-5 UCI Junior ranking, and was named “The Most Trending Junior of the Year” by MTBData in 2026. His achievements include numerous victories at both national and international level.

Since 2026, Leonardo has been training in Switzerland to further accelerate his international development. With European racing experience and exceptional long-term potential, he is widely regarded as one of the most exciting young riders of his generation.
